TATTOOS

Tattoos are an inseparable part of human history. They are embedded in ancient cultures worldwide, carrying tribal and ceremonial significance, and a deep meaning that connects us to our collective history in ways we may not even fully understand.

I began my journey in tattooing in 2018. I didn’t grow up in an environment where tattoos were part of the landscape – in my family and surroundings, there were hardly any tattooed people. I was drawn to this world out of curiosity and a desire to explore a field that was entirely unfamiliar to me. I came in with no prior knowledge, taught myself everything, researched, experimented, made mistakes, and practiced on good friends.

Tattooing has taught me important life lessons about acceptance, patience, and perseverance. I deeply respect the courage of people who choose to get a tattoo – the decision to permanently alter their body and their willingness to expose themselves, both to me and to themselves, during the process.

There is something unique about being a tattoo artist – your work stays with people for life. The creation is done together with another person and on their body, adding a layer of depth and uniqueness unlike any other form of art I had encountered before entering the world of tattooing. Working on a living, breathing canvas is an experience like no other.

My inspiration comes from traditional tattoos, ancient art, the natural world of plants and animals, and geometric shapes. I believe a good tattoo should look beautiful for many years, which is why my designs focus on bold and clear lines, vibrant colors, and simplicity that ensures they stand the test of time.
